Update: Chrissy Teigen has taken to twitter, clarifying her comments about having plastic surgery. She explains that she was joking and being sarcastic. She tweets:

Reminder to never ever joke, ever (I did do the armpits, no regrets except it clearly came back).

She also added,

You think I’d have this a** if I’d done extensive work? Like who would ass for this a**

Here’s the backstory: While some of your favorite celebrities are trying to hide the fact that they’ve had some light work done, Chrissy Teigen is the complete opposite.

While celebrating her new makeup palette, the super model who is married to John Legend, admitted that people always ask if her cheeks are real or implants. She confesses that they’re 100% percent real, but noted that she has had cosmetic surgery done to her face. She says,

Everything about me is fake except my cheeks.

Pointing to her forehead, nose and lips, she said:

Fake, fake, fake.

She continued,

I’m not shy talking about that sort of thing. I have no regrets.

When asked about the craziest beauty treatment she’s ever gotten, she shared

I had my armpit sucked out.

Chrissy explained that about nine years ago, she had liposuction done to remove some extra fat from under her arms.

It added two inches of length to my arms.

She laughed,

Now [the fat] is back though, so now I’ve gotta pay for it again.
