Jay-Z’s “4:44” Goes Platinum
Congratulations to Jay-Z! According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), his new album “4:44” has been certified platinum. RIAA’s CEO shared the news on social media writing:
Props to JAY, he’s done it again! 4:44 Certified Platinum. Another Platinum album adds to an already iconic career. @RocNation #444
In another post, the organization added,
4:44 Goes Platinum – JAY-Z’s 13 Platinum (or higher) solo studio Album Awards are more than any other hip hop artist.
“4:44” is the fourteenth studio album and thirteenth solo album by Jay-Z. It was released on June 30, 2017 through Roc Nation. The album is solely produced by No I.D. with additional production from Jay-Z. The album features guest appearances from Frank Ocean, Damian Marley, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s mother, Gloria Carter. Congrats to him!
