Queen Latifah Is Ready For Children

Queen Latifah is ready to start a family. The “Girls Trip” and Star actress says that she plans to be a mother and wants to expand her family. While she didn’t identify her specific timeline, she did explain that it’ll probably come as a shock to the public.

You’ll know when you see me with the rugrat on my shoulder with the little backpack and all this. ‘Oh, she did it!’. That’s kind of how it will happen.

This isn’t the 47-year-old star’s first time opening up about wanting to have children. In an interview in 2016, she admitted that in the past, she was too busy to think about kids.

I’m a little bit of a procrastinator. I had some things to deal with. I had to get a lot of partying out of my system early in life for about 40 years. You know what I’m saying. I’m good now. I think I’m ready.
