Tamar Braxton Denies Retiring

False alarm! Tamar Braxton says she is NOT retiring from music. [Click here and here for the backstory]. During an interview with Big Tigger, the singer and reality star clarified what most of us interpreted as her retiring. While she did admit that her upcoming album would be her last, she said that she’s still working in music and other arenas.

Who said ‘retiring’? I never said that. I said that this was my last album. That’s what I said. I didn’t say I was retiring. I’m going on on tour with Xscape. I’m still going on Bluebird of Happiness Tour. And I’m going back to television permanently. That doesn’t sound like retiring.

In other Braxton news, her new album will be released on Friday, September 30th.
