J.Hud’s Ex David Otunga Gets Primary Custody of Child
David Otunga is now the primary custodial parent over the child he shares with Jennifer Hudson (aka J.Hud), according to reports. The couple, who split earlier this month, share an 8-year-old son named David Jr. The custody agreement is reportedly temporary.

David is said to be their son’s primary caregiver, especially since J.Hud’s work schedule is more demanding than David’s. She’s currently shooting ‘The Voice UK’ in London and also spends time in Los Angeles.

J.Hud has also reportedly dropped the order of protection, that she had against David. As previously reported, the couple split, calling off their 10 year engagement. David is said to have ended the relationship a few months ago, with rumors claiming that he believed that the singer/actress was being unfaithful in their relationship.

I just hope he doesn’t turn into an expensive a$$ babysitter meaning tons of child support but, looks like he has more time then money. If she wanted to cheat based on what he says at he says, why pray tell didn’t she just break up with him

It take a strong man to take backseat to a woman’s career. He was established when they met & stepped up to be the consistent parent at home. She tried 2b shady with that bullshyt protection order…once it’s approved by the court u can’t just decide to drop it, it expires..smh, she fucc’d up and trying to save face. You got some nerve, I think it was my sister who just retired after 20 years in the Us Army & women like her my nieces who have joined up that help protect you. My Father, my brother, my husband all served so, can that crap. I said what I did simply because the climate in Hollywood these days is men like mary J’s husband with no kids going for the bucks cause they have no jobs, Sherri Shepard that’s just a couple never before has it been like this & you know it. Something about this entire thing isn’t right. Why were they engaged for 10 yrs. Why didn’t she ever want to marry this man? I believe she’s been out doin her thang all along, while he’s been working wherever he’s worked, and raising their child. That whole Order of Protection thing? Shady…I’m not feelin JHud on this one.
