Nelly’s Rape Accuser Suing Rapper
Nelly is now facing a legal battle. The 21-year-old woman who accused the 43-year-old rapper of rape, has plans to sue. Earlier this month, we reported that the Seattle based woman didn’t want to testify against Nelly in her criminal rape case, but she does have plans to sued the rapper for sexual assault and defamation. The documents were filed this month, in Washington state. Reportedly, the case is for sexual assault and defamation.
In her suit, the alleged victim claims she attended Nelly’s show on Oct. 6, 2017 at the club she worked at even though she wasn’t scheduled to work that night. She says she that she drank with him and his entourage afterwards. She says that Nelly invited her to their afterparty. The woman alleges they took an SUV together from the club to Nelly’s tour bus. She says they then parked in a Walmart parking lot and she sat down on Nelly’s bed. She claimed that he started masturbating and then had oral and vaginal sex with her against her will. She also says that Nelly refused to use protection.
Nelly, who is dating E!’s Platinum Life reality star Shantel Jackson, maintains his innocence.
