According to reports, the incident happened in Watts on Wednesday. Here’s footage of McCall after the incident.

No details have been released surrounding the situation but the music producer and singer, who shares a daughter with Eva Marcille, seems to be recovering.

Update: He’s since been released from the hospital.

He says he suffered a fractured ankle and three fractured toes.
