Kanye West was spotted in Washington, DC, getting some culture. On Tuesday (January 9th), the famous rapper was spotted at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History & Culture Museum, which opened in 2017.

He was joined by his daughter North and his father Ray West.

Queen Latifah, Lala Anthony and Brandy are spotted on set filming Lee Daniels’ series, ‘STAR’.
