New Music: Sade’s ‘Flower Of The Universe’

Sade has officially returned with new music! Today, a new No I.D. produced track was released, which is her first song in over seven years. Titled ‘Flowers Of The Universe’, the song is featured on the upcoming soundtrack for the Ava DuVernay directed, “A Wrinkle In Time”.

Two weeks ago DuVernay revealed that she was thrilled that after asking Sade to do the song, she agreed. She explained,

I never thought she’d say yes, but asked anyway. She was kind + giving. A goddess. We began a journey together that I’ll never forget. Proud to announce that Sade has created an original song for WRINKLE IN TIME. It’s entitled ‘Flower of the Universe.’ And it’s a dream come true.
