Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Are Married!
They have made their love official! Today (May 19th), Prince Harry and Meghan Markle exchanged vows married today at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
Markle, 36, wore a gown designed by Clare Waight Keller, the first female Artistic Director at the historic French fashion house Givenchy. Harry, 33, wore his military uniform.
Celebrity guests of the wedding included Priyanka Chopra, Elton John, Oprah Winfrey, Serena Williams and husband Alexis Ohanian, Idris Elba and fiancee Sabrina Dhowre, Goerge Clooney and wife Amal, David and Victoria Beckham.

Markle was walked down the aisle by Prince Harry’s father, Prince Charles, after it was confirmed earlier in the week that her father, Thomas, would not be able to attend due to health issues. Her bridal party included 10 bridesmaids and pageboy’s including Harry’s nephew, Prince George, 4, and niece Princess Charlotte, 3. Meghan chose not have a maid of honor. Harry’s brother, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton were in were spotted along with Kate’s sister, Pippa and her husband James Matthews.
Kensington Palace officially announced Harry and Meghan’s engagement last November. The prince is a grandson of Queen Elizabeth II and is fifth in line to the throne. His father is Prince Charles and mother was the late Princess Diana.
Throughout their relationship, the couple has continued to make headlines. Last year, the American actress had been the subject of intense media scrutiny, which prompted the prince to denounce the “racial undertones” of news coverage of Markle, whose mother is black and whose father is white.
In December, the couple attended their first royal event together in the city of Nottingham earlier and spent their first Christmas as an engaged couple with Queen Elizabeth and other members of Britain’s royal family at the Sandringham royal estate.
The couple will live in Nottingham Cottage in the grounds of London’s Kensington Palace, the official residence of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.Harry and Markle first met for a drink in July 2016 on a blind date, brokered by a mutual friend. A second date was followed by a camping trip to Botswana.
