EXCLUSIVE: Stevie J & Joseline Ordered To Not Trash One Another On Social Media, No Romantic Partners Over While Daughter Present
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Stevie J settled his custody battle with Joseline Hernandez, which awarded her primary custody, with their agreement detailing who has final say on their daughter’s religion; how much will be paid in child support; overnight guests and rules for social media.
Last month, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars settled their custody battle after reaching an agreement over their 1-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella.
The deal stated Stevie will pay Joseline $1,000 a month in child support based on his $30k a month income. Joseline listed her monthly income as $30,000 as well. Joseline was awarded primary physical custody but they have joint legal custody.
According to the court docs, Stevie J has final say on all matters involving his kid’s religion and extra-curricular activities. Joseline has final say on health care and education.
The child support amount factored in Stevie’s 5 other kids he pays child support for currently.
Joseline and Stevie are also prohibited from talking trash about the other in front of their daughter and cannot speak negatively about the other on social media. If a post is published on their account, they have 24 hours to have it taken down. Both agreed to not have romantic partners over while they have their kid, with the agreement stating,
Petitioner and Respondent mutually agree to abstain from having overnight, intimate guests of the opposite sex, not related by blood or marriage, while the minor child is in his/her physical custody.
