Nicki Minaj’s New “Queen” Album Is A Classic, Says Future
While most people were reflecting, partying or cooking out over the Memorial Day weekend, multi-platinum rapper Nicki Minaj was in the studio hard at work on her highly anticipated album “Queen.” The Young Money superstar recently gave fans a sneak peek into one of her studio sessions with a playful, filter-heavy Instagram video. Nicki (real name Onika Tanya Maraj) pushed the album back last week while she rides the wave of current singles “Chung-Li” and “Barbie Tingz.”
Happy Memorial Day Future, it’s great to have you back on the Gram.Ā
Nicki said, alluding to the fact that Future Hendrix deleted all his Instagram posts and has not been active on social media in a while.
I came for the album. This sh-t f-ckin’ amazing.” The ‘All Da Smoke’ rapper continued “This sh*t is incredible.”
While we can not confirm Future’s appearance on the “Queen” album, the duo has collaborated in the past on songs like “Rock Star” and “You Da Baddest.”
Future said this album is a classic. He never says shit like that. Yikes, Nicki Minaj said in the post.
It seems like the “Beez in the Trap” rapper wants everything to be perfect for the album which is her
first project since 2014’s “The Pinkprint.”
“Queen” drops August 10th.
