EXCLUSIVE: Tamar Braxton & Estranged Husband Vince Herbert List Calabasas Mansion for $14 Mill
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Tamar Braxton and her estranged husband Vincent Herbert are continuing to try and unload their Calabasas mansion. The pair have listed the property for $14 million, giving it a second try after failing to find a buyer for several months.
On June 7, Tamar and Vince re-listed their home for $14,995,000 and then days later knocked the price down by a million to $13,995,000.
The 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom, 15,016 sq. ft. is located in an exclusive gated community featuring a 2 story entry, grand living room, recording studio, large family room opens into gourmet chefs kitchen, custom pool, 15-car-garage, game room, gym, wine cellar, barber shop, glam room and a media room.
They purchased the home for $10.5 million back in 2013. They would put it on the market in October for $15 million, but decided to take it off after finding no buyers earlier this year.
Tamar filed for divorce in October but there has been no movement in the case since then and Vince has yet to file a response.
