Usher Forced By Judge To Reveal Medical Records In Anonymous Man’s Herpes Case
A Los Angeles judge has ordered Usher to hand over his medical records, information about his doctors, treatments and insurance information, in the case of an anonymous man who says Usher exposed him to herpes during a sexual encounter at a spa – according to Bossip.
Reportedly, the 39-year-old singer has a month to meet his accuser’s demands. The anonymous man plans to use this information as part of his prep for their trial. Usher is also being sued by two women, one being Quantasia Sharpton who says Usher exposed her to herpes after they had sex following his concert in Atlantic City, NJ.
Usher has yet to comment on any of the allegations. The case is slated for trial in February 2019.
