On Thursday, Robin Thicke shared an adorable video of his and Paula Patton‘s 8-year-old son, Julian, that proves that talent truly runs in the family.

In the video, Julian is seen performing at his school’s talent show that took place in May. For the talent show, the young star-in-the-making sang “Amazing Grace” and we must admit, he didn’t sound bad at all. Robin dedicated the Instagram post to Aretha Franklin, who passed away earlier that day. He captioned the post:

“Julian singing “Amazing Grace” at school talent show in May. Just like Aretha Franklin!”

From the video, you can tell that Julian definitely possesses the vocal talent that his dad, mom, and grandmother had. Or he could become an actor like his mom and grandfather. The possibilities are endless when you come from such a talented family.
