A Michael Jackson Miniseries Is In The Works
Upon the celebration of what would have been his 60th birthday, new information has been released regarding a possible Michael Jackson miniseries. According to reports, Frank Cascio, Jackson’s longtime friend, is currently pitching a TV adaptation of his 2011 book “My Friend Michael: An Ordinary Friendship With an Extraordinary Man,” to television studios and production companies. Cascio is said to be currently in search of a director for the show. A source says:
“The series will focus on the 25-year relationship between Cascio and Jackson, and is expected to go into production this fall.”
Jeff Farley, known for his work on Ace Ventura and Thunderstruck, will reportedly serve as screenwriter and producer.
