Kanye Returns To Social Media, Says He’s A Genius & Is The Best Living Artist On The Planet

Kanye West has officially returned to social media! After taking a week off, he returned to Twitter over the weekend, posting several videos while in Africa.

He posted a few videos, one titled ‘Aha’ and another 10 minute video titled ‘Mind control’. In the ‘Mind Control’ video, he expressed how he likes to protect his mind.

“When people try to tell me what to do, they are touching my brain”.

During another part of the video, the 41-year-old expressed his disappointment with not being able to buy the publishing rights to his music from Sony for $8 to 9 million.

“I got the money. I’m not gonna say the S word. I’m not PrinceOpens a New Window., I don’t need to write it on my face.”

Referencing his experience on SNL he stated,

“I can’t say what I want to say on SNL. I will positive energy into the universe. We will say what we feel, we will do what we feel.”

He also talked about how social media can be negative at times.

“Social media told you that people didn’t love me but everybody loves Ye. Unprogram your mind, open up your heart.”

At another point in his conversation he says,

“A lot of people were trying to get me to get off social media, to not express myself, we are creative individuals, we work from our heart and our spirit, we’re not corny. We’re merely a vessel. When you feel great art, that’s the universe and if I let humans and people tell me what to do, tell me what I can’t do then I can’t be a vessel to you.”

Kanye also shares that he believes he is a genius and is the best living artist on the planet.
