Paula Abdul Falls Off Stage During Recent Performance
Paula Abdul took a tumble during a recent performance in Biloxi, Mississippi on Saturday at the Hard Rock Rock Cafe and Casino. The 56-year-old singer was performing her song “The Promise of a New Day,” as she went forward to connect with fans she misstep and fell off the main stage, face first. A fan at the concert captured the moment and uploaded it on YouTube, reportedly. A fan page released a statement of the falling,
Just to reassure the PAmily, Paula is OKAY! During “The Promise of a New Day” she tried to reach out towards the audience, but fell off the stage instead. The dancers pulled her back up onstage. She said to the audience members who caught her “I’m okay! Thank you for saving my life!” and continued on with the show like a pro!
It’s good to know she was able to captured by fans and she wasn’t hurt in the process. Check out the clip below.
The “Straight Up Paula!” tour is the singer’s first headlining tour in 25 years.
