Cardi B Shows Off The New House She Bought For Her Mom

Cardi B managed to do what a lot of people plan to do when they get famous — she bought her mom a house.

The “Money” rapper once said in “Bodak Yellow” that her success has allowed her to be able to pay her mom’s bills but according to her, she’s wanted to get her mom her dream house for a year now. In a post, Cardi B showing off her mother’s new home, she said:

 This is the happiest day of my life. Last year, I was so thirsty to buy my mama a home but I could only afford a house that cost $600,000. And you know, we live in New York so cribs that are $600,000 look like sh*t. I waited, I waited, I waited, I waited until I could afford a dream home and I copped it! 

Cardi continued,

I’m emotional. I already did the crying. I’m just happy that when my daughter visits her grandma’s house, she’s gonna come here.
