Jay Z Gives Meek Mill His Chain, Parties In NYC w/ Him & Fabolous

Jay Z made a rare appearance over the weekend. The 49-year-old rapper and mogul was spotted partying in NYC with Meek Mill and Fabolous at Dusse Palooza.

Apparently, Jay was in the giving spirt as he gave Meek a Roc-A-Fella chain that he was wearing on his neck.
