Violent Fight Between Bow Wow & Kiyomi Leslie May Have Stemmed From Jealousy Over Shaquille O’Neal
Details are surfacing on the fight that landed rapper Shad “Bow Wow” Moss and his now ex girlfriend, reality TV star Leslie “Kiyomi Leslie” Holden in jail this past weekend in Atlanta. WSBTV reporter Michael Seiden provided updates on the story in a Twitter feed, allegedly stemming from both Bow’s and Kiyomi’s statements to the police. They include rumors that their violent scuffle allegedly stemmed from Bow Wow being in a jealous rage after he spotted Kiyomi flirting with NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal at his epic “Shaq’s Fun House” party.
Michael Seiden tweeted:
“NEW DETAILS: Bow Wow’s girlfriend claims ATL rapper became “upset” and “jealous” after he saw her talking to another man at a Super Bowl party, police confirmed.
Bow Wow’s girlfriend told police that when the couple got home from the party, the ATL rapper confronted her before their argument turned physical, investigators confirmed.
Bow Wow’s girlfriend accused the ATL rapper of hitting her in the head, pulling her by her hair before dragging her from the bedroom and telling her to leave his place,” investigators confirmed.”
According to Michael’s tweets, Bow Wow mentioned Shaq in the police reports.
Bow Wow’s legal team released the following statement on the incident:
“Shad Bow Wow Moss was wrongfully arrested earlier this morning for the first time after being beaten by an out of control intoxicated female, Ms. Leslie Holden, in an Atlanta condominium. The only two independent witnesses both corroborated his version of events indicating that Ms. Holden was simply out of control and was without a doubt the primary aggressor. For no logical reason officers arrested both parties despite having clear-cut evidence that Bow Wow was the victim in the case. Ms. Holden beat him with a lamp, bit him on his side, and spit on him while Bow Wow continually made efforts to avoid her. Bow Wow suffered multiple injuries, some of which are visible in his mugshot. Ms. Holden’s mugshot on the other hand speaks for itself, despite her allegation to police that she broke a fingernail.”
Bow Wow and Kiyomi Leslie no longer follow each other on Instagram, and Kiyomi has since made her Twitter page private.
Bow Wow, Kiyomi Leslie, nor Shaquille O’Neal have commented on the incident.
