Wale & Terry Crews Clash Over Liam Neeson
In the aftermath of the controversy surrounding Liam Neeson’s comments this week, rapper Wale expressed his disappointment in actor Terry Crews’ compassion for Neeson. On Monday, actor Liam Neeson, made some shocking claims after a close friend was raped. As previously reported, Neeson recalled that after his friend was raped by a black man, the actorwent looking for random black men to “kill.”

Neeson explained,
I’m ashamed to say that—and I did it for maybe a week, hoping some ‘black bastard’ would come out of a pub and have a go at me about something, you know? So that I could,” another pause, “kill him.”
He later clarified his comments.
Terry Crews took to social media commenting on the situation, stating that he believes that “every person,” is capable of everything good or evil, calling his decision a “fork in the road.”
Crews Tweeted,
“I believe that every person on earth is capable of the greatest good, or unspeakable evil. Liam is just describing his fork in the road.”

Rapper Wale responded,
Na.No. Nope. Liam is trash. We losin brothers all the time because of this proverbial “fork” Na fam”

Crews replied,
“So what are we gonna, do?”

Wale responded back.

Crews doubled down on his stance and mentioned that he is not defending Liam, but relates to his first reactions and understands his position. He tweets,
“This is why reading comprehension is so necessary in school. I never defended Liam Neeson. Still don’t.

Do you agree with Crews or are you on Wale’s side? Let us know in the comments!
