EXCLUSIVE: Stevie J – Sources Reveal Why He Will Have A Limited Appearance On Love & Hip Hop
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, new details as to why reality TV fans won’t be seeing Stevie J on the entire season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
Earlier this month, Stevie made it clear on social media that he wouldn’t be on the hit show for the entire season.
While he didn’t explain his potential absence, sources give us some insight on what allegedly happened behind-the-scenes. We’re told that one of the issues allegedly had to do with his compensation.
Sources claim that Stevie wasn’t a fan of what both he and Faith Evans were offered by the show.
“He wanted more money. He’s been in the franchise for a long time and has been open about his life. He feels like he deserves more than what he’s getting.”
Ultimately, he allegedly decided to continue on the show, but only have Faith make appearances, as opposed to having more of a presence on the show.
In addition to not being paid enough, Stevie allegedly not being on the show the entire season has to do with logics. We’re told that Faith and Stevie spend a lot of time in Los Angeles and they don’t want to shoot in Atlanta as much as production wants.
“He’s just not available when production needs him. His life and their families are really in LA, not Atlanta.”
Stevie has appeared on LHHA since 2012. He’s also had spin-off and specials including Stevie J & Joseline: Go Hollywood, Leave It To Stevie and Joseline’s Special Delivery.
