Shaq Surprises Fan Battling Cancer
The good deeds continue for Shaquille O’Neal. The four-time NBA champ recently fulfilled one of his fan’s request. A social media user by the name of Jessie46914117 shared on twitter that her mother has stage 4 brain, lung, and breast cancer and is one of Shaq’s biggest fans. Jessie also shared that meeting Shaq is on her ‘bucket list’. She tweeted,
“Hey everybody, my momma has stage four brain, lung, and breast cancer, and on her bucket list she wants to meet Shaq. She loves him and he’s all she talks about. Help her get to meet him please.”

The NBA Hall of Famer caught wind of her request and made the cancer patient’s dreams come true by Facetiming her. The daughter, Jess, posted a photo of the call giving thanks to all those who helped share her message for her mother. Jess tweeted:
“Thank you everybody for the retweets and reposts.

Jess also shares a little insight on their conversation explaining that Shaq made a promise to have a face-to-face meeting in the future.
“Thank you! He FaceTimed her an said he would come see her!”
