Brittney Taylor Planning To Sue Remy Ma? Reality Star Files Documents Asking For Evidence Of Alleged Assault

New developments are surfacing surrounding the alleged altercation between Remy Ma and Brittney Taylor. Just days after Taylor accused Remy Ma of punching her in the face on social media, speculation is swirling that Taylor wants to sue Remy Ma. Reportedly, Taylor, who stars on Love & Hip Hop: NY with Remy, has already secured a legal team who filed documentation requesting that Irving Plaza and police in New York City provide anything they find related to the incident, from videos and pictures to other reports of what occurred.

Remy Ma allegedly punched Taylor during a Pretty Lou concert on April 16. Taylor is said to have went to the hospital and later filed a police report.

She also went public with the incident and posted a video to show her black eye along with the caption,

“So, here am I on my way to a very important meeting and it’s hard to even focus because of what occurred last night. didn’t wanna bring it to social media because It’s pretty embarrassing and not a good look tbh. I tried my best to cover it up with make up and move on but that still didn’t work. My Question is @remyma why did you really do this? #WHATHAPPENEDTOWOMANEMPOWERMENT #BlackLove? smh”

Meanwhile, Remy Ma was spotted wearing an ankle bracelet on Thursday. She has yet to comment on the incident or why she’s now wearing an ankle monitoring bracelet.

Taylor said the disagreement was all over a misunderstanding concerning Remy Ma’s stepdaughter.

“What happened with me and Dej in Miami is I saved her—I saved her life, and [Remy] got aggressive. She was like, ‘That’s not what I heard,’ and she punched me in the face.”
