Wendy Williams Shoots Down Kevin Hunter Rumors: The Only Business That We Are Involved In Is Getting Our Divorce Finalized
Wendy Williams is clearing up a few rumors concerning both her personal and professional life. During a recent interview, the 55-year-old talk show seemingly addressed reports that she’s going back in business with her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter. This week, reports surfaced that Wendy was in talks to rehire Kevin as her business manager and the pair would continue working together with their production company, publishing company and charity foundation. When asked about the reports, Wendy stated:
Right now the only business, and I repeat, the only business that me and Mr. Hunter are involved with is getting a divorce finalized.
She also added that,
He and I will always be friends.
When asked
So you’re not gonna do business with him?
She responded,
Well, I need a divorce yesterday. Now.
And when asked if he was making the divorce hard, she responded:
That’s our business. But if I say I need a divorce yesterday, then what do you think?
Wendy also addressed rumors concerning the future of her talk show, which is currently on hiatus until September. She stated,
It also said that after season 11 that my show is canceled. They’ve also been saying that I’m going to move the show to LA. Nope, nope, nope. Do I look unemployed?
In terms of the Wendy Show staff, she added,
The morale was always good, it’s better now.
