Rick Ross Spotted Working On His Fitness [VIDEO]
Rick Ross is getting it in!
The rapper is making sure he’s in shape and was spotted taking part in a little boxing.
Ross has been adamant about keeping his health on track since his hospitalization last year. He revealed that it was a codeine addiction paired with unhealthy choices that caused him to suffer seizures. But now, he’s making major changes.
He said in a previous interview that he’s following doctor’s orders and embracing a healthy lifestyle. He added,
“I cut the sodas out and I drink a lot more water. That, adding in some vegetables and I get a lot more rest. There’s nothing for me to complain about. I’m just living and being much more genuine.”
He also once documented his 100-pound weight loss in 2016. He said back then,
“It’s all about the balance to me. I wanted to balance myself but still enjoy the things I love so if I lost weight one year, the next year it wouldn’t be right back on me.”
“You know, I try to throw in healthy snacks in between the meals. That was really my trick, and slowing down the heavy meals as it got later in the day. So, during the day I get up early. 2 o’clock, I feel I could do what I want, eat what I want. But as it gets 5 o’clock, 6 o’clock, I’m really shutting down for the day. Maybe at 9 or 10, I will eat a salad versus 2 in the morning being in the studio eating steaks, prime rib and everything else. And that’s what I had to change.”
He also said he was doing CrossFit exercises.
It looks like his glow up isn’t done just yet!
