Tami Roman Says ‘Basketball Wives’ Lied About Her Wanting To Be On A Different Stage: I Did NOT Request A Separate Stage!

Tami Roman wants VH1’s “Basketball Wives” to keep her name out of all the drama!

She addressed what she said was a lie that was told about her on part one the highly-anticipated season 8 reunion that aired Wednesday (Oct. 9).

In a scene before the reunion actually kicked off, host Marc Lamont Hill was trying to get cast member Ogom “OG” Chijindu to film on her own set, away from the other ladies. He stated that some of her co-stars were concerned about security issues with OG. She made it clear she wasn’t with that, but Hill still attempted to convince her to film on a separate stage and said,

“Just hear me out. Tami asked for a separate set. They wanted you on the same set as Tami.”

But Roman hopped on Twitter and said that was far from the truth.

She then said she wasn’t watching the episode, but got enough texts to want to clear the air.

Meanwhile, Roman never actually showed up to the reunion. Instead, Hill later told the cast and the audience that she had a medical emergency and was unable to attend.

In the end, OG decided to film on the separate set and returned for the final portion of the first part.
