EXCLUSIVE: Kevin McCall’s Attempt To Get Custody & Child Support From Eva Marcille Dismissed Permanently

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Kevin McCall’s case against Eva Marcille regarding their 5-year-old daughter Marley Rae Sterling, has been shut down.

theJasmineBRAND broke the story in September that Kevin McCall took legal action to have joint custody of Marley. The former Chris Brown collaborator also wanted Marley to have his last name again. Eva Marcille had Marley’s last name changed to her husband’s last name – Sterling. The “America’s Next Top Model” alum says she didn’t want her daughter to feel alienated, considering she and the rest of their household had the same last name.

This week, the case was dismissed with prejudice (dismissed with prejudice means that it dismissed permanently). Kevin McCall attempted to establish custody of Marley, along with child support.

According to court documents obtained by theJasmineBRAND, the singer and producer failed to respond to the motion to dismiss earlier this month.

See the court documents below.

Earlier this month, Kevin McCall made headlines when was arrested at the courthouse after getting into an altercation with a security officer.
