LL Cool J Says He’s Working On New Music!
LL Cool J is back in the booth!
The iconic rapper let fans know via Twitter that he’s working on new music and that producer QTip is involved.
He wrote Sunday (Dec. 29),
“I just started recording new music produced by my lil bro @QtipTheAbstract“
He also said it would be released on Def Jam.

While we’ve been missing his music, LL Cool J has been booked and busy otherwise.
He still stars in CBS’s “NCIS: Los Angeles” and even brought rapper Offset into the fold for a guest appearance.

Meanwhile, he also spends time reminiscing on the earlier days of his career.
He promoted his new “Rock The Bells” show on Sirius XM and wrote,
“#TBT NYC 1989. I had about 15 cars and I slept till 3pm everyday. I was tired af when I did this photo shoot.. the only thing I thought about was Hip-Hop… ?? @RockTheBellsSXM“

So far, LL Cool J has a total of 14 studio albums and 5 singles including classics like “Mama Said Knock You Out”, “I Need Love” and “Total Loungin (Who Do Ya Luv)”.
