Kim Kardashian West Sued Over Photo She Posted Of Her & Kanye West, Photographer Says He Owns It
A nearly two-year-old post of Kim Kardashian West and her husband Kanye West could cost her.
A photographer claimed he’s the one who took the snapshot and wants to get paid for it, according to reports.
Saeed Bolden said he owns the photo and never said Kim Kardashian West could use it. He also alleged she didn’t pay him for it either. While it’s not clear how much he’s suing for, Kim Kardashian West is said to make $1 million per Instagram post.
Saeed Bolden also named Kim’s SKIMS shapewear line in the suit, with claims that it shares Kim Kardashian West’s personal account.
Interestingly enough, the legal call out comes as Kardashian filed her own $10 million lawsuit against iHandy, Ltd. a company she said used her photo for its Sweet Cam app.

She said the photo in question is one she posted in 2017.

She wanted the court to determine how much the app made from using her picture, and wanted it to be banned from using her picture moving forward.
Do you think Kim Kardashian should have to pay for the picture? Tell us in the comments.
