James Lipton Host Of “Inside The Actors Studio” Dies [Condolences]
Very sad news. James Lipton reportedly passed today (March 2nd). He was best known as the host of the long-running talk show “Inside the Actors Studio”. He was 93.
James Lipton was a writer, lyricist, actor and dean emeritus of the Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University in New York City. He was the executive producer, writer and host of the Bravo cable television series Inside the Actors Studio, which debuted in 1994. He retired from the show in 2018.
No additional details about his passing have been released.
