Kenya Moore – Health Department Finds Evidence Of Mice & Live Roaches In “RHOA” Star’s Husband, Marc Daly’s Restaurant
NeNe Leakes isn’t the only thing the Daly household has to worry about. Marc Daly – the estranged husband of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Kenya Moore – recently raised eyebrows when his New York restaurant, SoCo, underwent a routine inspection from the health department.
According to Bossip, Marc Daly’s southern fusion restaurant was cited for a few alarming health code violations. On Feb. 13th, the New York City Health Department revealed that due to SoCo not being adequately vermin-proof, evidence of mice was found in the kitchen! By definition, vermin are:
“Wild animals that are believed to be harmful to crops, farm animals, or game, or that carry disease…such as flies, mice, rats, cockroaches, or bedbugs.”
These were the other findings through the inspection:
“- Food wasn’t properly protected from sources of contamination during storage, prep, transportation, display or service.
– Cold food items weren’t being refrigerated at appropriate temperatures.
– Live roaches were present in both the kitchen and/or dining area.
– There was evidence of mice in the kitchen and/or dining area.
– The restaurant isn’t vermin proof and has conditions that are conducive to attracting vermin and allowing them to exist.”
Despite the violations, Marc Daly’s restaurant still received an “A” grade rating, but its 28 violation points were the most severe SoCo had ever received. Neither Marc Daly nor SoCo representatives have commented on their inspection as of yet.
Yikes!
