“Good Times” Star Jimmy Walker Allegedly Prevented Gay Comedian From Opening His Show, Called Him The F-Word On Stage & Made AIDS Jokes

These shocking claims against “Good Times” star Jimmy Walker are just as explosive as his signature catchphrase. On a recent episode of Fox Souls’ “Tammi Mac Late Show,” comedian Sampson accused the TV veteran of being homophobic because he’s homosexual.

Sampson told Tammi:

“Jimmy Walker from ‘Good Times’- he is a nasty motherf*cker. He is. He as the most disgusting person that I’ve ever worked with in this business…he comes in the green room. He sees me. I stand up and I introduce myself. I say, ‘Hey, I’m Sampson. I’m opening for you tonight.’ Interesting- he leaves out of the room. About ten minutes later his manager comes back in the room with a white envelope, and she says, ‘I don’t know how to tell you this, but we won’t be needing your services tonight. So I wanted to make sure you got paid.’ So she wrote me a check out of her own pocket, and she said, ‘Mr. Walker doesn’t want you to open the show tonight.’ And she wouldn’t tell me why.”

Sampson continued his recount of his run-in with Jimmy, detailing homophobic slurs he allegedly referred to him as to the audience:

“So I stayed, and he got up on the stage and he said, ‘Can you believe they wanted to have a f*g open the show for me tonight?’ He made AIDS jokes, he said things about Ellen Degeneres. He said, ‘Ellen- I came up with Ellen on the circuit, and she needs some d*ck, so take the d*ck out his mouth and put it up her a**.’ He said some really mean things, and I wouldn’t sit here and make that up. He was so nasty to me.”
