Meek Mill Says Everyone Doesn’t Have Money To Stock Their Refrigerator & Stay Inside!

Meek Mill (real name Robert Rihmeek Williams,) is reminding his social media users that everyone doesn’t have the same resources to handle the current coronavirus pandemic.

The 32-year-old rapper, who had a challenging upbringing in Philadelphia, addressed the concept that everyone has money to stay home and stock up on food to protect themselves from the virus.

He tweets,

People where I’m from don’t have the money to run out and stock the fridge and stay in….

Meek Mill also addresses alludes to disadvantaged people feeling at times disconnected to what they see on the news.

when you from the #otherside you could literally watch the news and feel like they not even talking to you and your family so your mind frame will forever be with the streets!

Other celebrities are weighing in and helping those who may face financial strain during this time. Ciara and Russell Wilson are helping feed $1 million people through Food Life Line.
