Kim Kardashian Allows Mom Kris Jenner To Come Inside Her Home Amidst Quarantine: We’re Sitting 6 Feet Apart! [VIDEO]

Reality TV star and businesswomen Kim Kardashian West has been using her platform to stress the importance of social-distancing to help combat the coronavirus. On Monday, March 23rd Kim uploaded a video online where she stressed the importance of isolating yourself during this time. “[My family and I have] been taking it extremely seriously and  I think everyone needs to understand that this is temporary, it’s not going to last forever,” Kim said.

Even though Kim is joined in the video by her mother Kris Jenner, the two seem to still be keeping a safe distance from one another. Kim said,

“Today is the first day that I’m having someone from the outside come into my home, my mom. We are sitting 6 feet apart having lunch together.”

This isn’t the first time that Kim has used her platform to encourage social-distancing. On March 18th she posted this photo to Twitter that has people from the medical field holding signs that read

“We stay here for you please stay home for us.”

On the same day, the reality star tweeted the following

“PLEASE do not ignore the severity of the warnings to stay inside to stop the spread of this virus. We will all get through this! #TogetherApart”

In addition to calling for the public to practice social-distancing, Kim has also temporarily closed the fulfillment center for her company KKW Beauty. On March 23rd the company released the following statement online:
