Draya Michele Slams Door Dash, After They Fail To Deliver Food To Hospital Employees: You Guys Messed Up A Good Thing

Like many celebrities, Draya Michele is using her resources to try and help others during this difficult time of the coronavirus pandemic. The 35-year old reality star turned social media personality took to Instagram Friday (April 10th) to vent about a bad experience she had with DoorDash. She revealed that she was planning on providing lunch for Kaiser Hospital employees in Oakland, Calif., using the popular food delivery service ‘DoorDash’. Unfortunately, the food was never delivered to the hospital.

“So today, I was going to Kaiser Hospital to deliver lunches on behalf of myself, Mint Swim, and Chipotle to an entire floor of healthcare workers” she said. “We have to have DoorDash deliver it to the hospital. We were the contact person. It said that they delivered it. It’s not delivered. The person who deliver it is not answering people.”

She added,

“It’s really really, really unfortunate because people like myself, I took my time out today to do something really nice for people just to thank them. A token of my appreciation for all that they do. Them not having lunch now, you know, could potentially ruin their day.”

Draya then thanks Chipolte for partnering with her and gives her publicist a shout out.

She ends with,

“Doordash you really dropped the ball and you need to reach out to my people immediately to fix this, you need to fix this because you guys messed up a really good thing today.”

Draya later deleted the video. DoorDash hasn’t responded to the incident yet.
