Rappers Iggy Azalea and Playboi Carti Rumored To Have Welcomed A Baby

Australain rapper Iggy Azalea and Playboi Carti may have the best kept secret of 2020. The couple reportedly welcomed their first child together over the weekend.

According to reports, Iggy gave birth to a baby boy, but no other details like the official date of birth or the baby’s name, were made available.

Rumor of Iggy’s pregnancy began swirling back in December 2019, but neither Iggy nor Playboi confirmed the news. Speculation of the rumored baby died down, when she began to only post photos of her flat tummy.

The couple has kept their relationship pretty low-key. but the two have been dating since  late 2018, and moved into a new home in Atlanta together. 

In an interview Iggy recalled one of the nicest things, her boyfriend Playboi Carti does for her. She shared:

“The nicest thing that my guy does for me is he tells me when if my wig lace is showing. He’s always like, ‘Babe, I know it can look better. It doesn’t look like it’s growing out of your head.’ It’s usually when I put it on [myself]. He’ll come out and be like, ‘I think you should wear a hat.’ “

Earlier this month we reported that rapper Playboi Carti was facing legal trouble when he and 21-year-old Jaylan Tucker were stopped by Clayton County police in Georgia after authorities discovered Carti was driving his Lamborghini with an expired tag. Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill says his deputies discovered 12 bags of marijuana, Xanax, codeine and oxycodone, along with three guns inside the vehicle. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Playboi Carti and his passenger were arrested and taken into custody.

If the baby rumor is true, this will be the first child for both Iggy and Playboi. Iggy hasn’t posted on her Instagram since December, and Playboi has only music related posts on his Instagram.
