Khloe Kardashian & Tristan Thompson’s Lawyer Slams Woman Claiming To Be Pregnant By NBA Star: You Just Want 15 Minutes Of Fame!

Just after shutting down social media rumors that Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with her’s and ex Tristan Thompson‘s second child, a lawsuit may be filed against a woman who claims she is pregnant with Tristan Thompson‘s child!

E! News reports that in the documents it has obtained, which is a cease and desist letter sent to the alleged baby mama-to-be from the former couple’s lawyer Marty Singer, Kimberly Alexander has been asked to “immediately stop defaming them [Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson] with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications” in response to Alexander’s claim that Tristan fathered her unborn child.

Apparently, it has been confirmed by Marty Singer that Thompson did take a paternity test and the results were negative. Then Kimberly Alexander asked Thompson to take another test. Thompson agreed, according to Marty Singer, but he wanted a different lab to administer the test. The test at the second lab appears to have resulted in negative results because Singer says the following in the letter to Alexander:

“After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child’s father, we thought that would be the end of this. Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results…It is obvious that the reason you are spreading these lies about my clients is because you want your 15 minutes of fame. My clients will not tolerate your despicable conduct.”

He continued,

“It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children, and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results.”

He added,

“We demand that you immediately cease and desist from defaming my clients on social media (irrespective of whether or not the accounts are public or designated as ‘private’) and elsewhere. We also demand that you immediately take down any and all of your outrageous damaging posts about my clients.”

“This is an extremely serious matter. If you disregard this letter’s demands, you do so at your peril since you will soon find yourself in court facing multi-million-dollar claims while attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct.”

Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter to slam claims shes pregnant with what would be her and Tristan Thompson’s second child

While he and Khloe Kardashian called it quits last year, she confessed that she asked him to be a sperm donor for another child. They share daughter True, and Thompson also has a son from a previous relationship.
