Bubba Wallace’s Mom Told Him ‘You Can’t Fix Stupid’ Amidst His Feud W/ President Donald Trump
NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace’s mom is joining the conversation on his with President Donald Trump.
Donald Trump previously demanded that Bubba Wallace apologize to the other NASCAR drivers that came to his aid after it was reported that Bubba Wallace found a noose in his garage. The FBI later ruled that it wasn’t a noose, but a rope.
Donald Trump wrote,
“Has [Bubba Wallace] apologized to all of those great NASCAR drivers & officials who came to his aid, stood by his side, & were willing to sacrifice everything for him, only to find out that the whole thing was just another HOAX? That & Flag decision has caused lowest ratings EVER!”

Now, Bubba’s mom Desiree Wallace is speaking out about the tweet from the president. During a recent interview, she said she told Bubba,
“Well, don’t respond to it, because you can’t fix stupid. At least the president was thinking about you.”
Bubba’s father, on the other hand, Darrell Wallace Sr., responded back to the president’s tweet writing,
“I can’t believe with all the people you have working for you that you’re not informed on what you’re commenting about’”
He continued,
“And then I said the same thing I would say to anybody who would make a comment like that: ‘You and I both know you’re an idiot.’”
The 26-year-old driver who hails from Concord, NC, publicly responded to the president’s message and wrote,
“To the next generation and little ones following my foot steps.. #LoveWins”
He then added a lengthy note that reminded his followers,
“Your words and actions will always be held to a higher standard than others. You have to be prepared for that. You don’t learn these things in school. You learn them from trials and tribulations, the ups and downs this crazy word provides. You will always have people testing you. Seeing if they can knock you off your pedastal.”
He continued,
“I encourage you to keep your head held high and walk proudly on the path you have chosen. Never let anybody tell you can’t do something! God put us all here for a reason. Find that reason and be proud of it and work your tails off every day towards it! All the haters are doing is elevating your voice and platform to much greater heights!”

He ended with,
“Last thing, always deal with the hate being thrown at you with LOVE! Love over hate every day. Love should come naturally as people are TAUGHT to hate. Even when it’s HATE from the POTUS.. Love wins…”
