Master P Slams Monica Amid Her Involvement In C-Murder’s Case, She Responds: You Don’t Know Me!

Monica and Master P had a few words for each other on social media after he openly shared his thoughts on Monica and Kim Kardashian West’s involvement in trying to release his brother and Monica’s ex, C-Murder from jail.

C-Murder, whose real name is Corey Miller, was arrested in 2002 for the murder of a 16-year-old boy, Steve Thomas. C-Murder and his family have maintained his innocence, and earlier this month, Monica revealed that she’s working with Kim Kardashian West to get him released.

Master P spoke out about the news Friday (Aug. 21st) and first said he wasn’t happy about older members of his family being attacked online before he added that he had no idea C-Murder had a social account. Earlier this week, C-Murder took to Instagram to thank Monica and Kim Kardashian West for their efforts.

Master P said,

“I went and seen who he’s following and what he was saying, some of the stuff don’t even look like he wrote it… Everything our family worked for, our reputation, just because somebody incarcerated say whatever it’s entertainment to the world. This is not entertainment, it’s not funny. This is hurtful.”

He then addressed C-Murder’s post where he referred to Kim and Monica as his “angels.” Master P said instead, their grandmother has been his “angel.”

“I’ve never heard him talk about her like that. I know Kim Kardashian put out one tweet and she his ‘angel’, which is crazy to me. But I appreciate it. My brother is innocent, and I hope she can get him out. I want him to come home.”

He added,

“I see where Monica his ‘ride or die.’ He just started talking back to her seven months ago. I know maybe it’s prison talk, I know he’s incarcerated, I get that. But still, you have to have a heart for the people that helped you. Monica just got divorced last year? So I’m thinking like, that’s your ride or die? That’s cool, if that’s the way you feel…”

He also told C-Murder:

“You could’ve been home with your family…18 years ago. How long Monica been knowing Kim Kardashian? You did a homeless strike and everything bruh. This could’ve been done if it was gonna happen.”

Monica didn’t take long to comment on Master P’s remarks:

“I have been respectful towards you and you have refused to do the same! You can NOT speak on me because you do not know me! I have only conversed with Silkk! This matter is between you MEN, you’re brothers! Leave me out of this because my efforts have BEEN the same! I just didn’t see the need to post it! Check the visiting lists from The Parish to Angola to Hunts or better yet ask his children!”

She continued:

“You responded before you READ! I connected him to Kim 7 months ago he’s never not be able to hit me , my mother or brother and get what he needs ! FOCUS ON HIS FREEDOM!”

Master P then offered a lengthy response to Monica.

He later deleted his initial video and said he has no issue with Monica. He added the caption:

“Family over everything

We’re doing too much positive to have to deal with the negative. I have no beef with @monicadenise She got caught up into some family drama that we have to fix and I am man enough to admit that. No family is perfect, we all go through turmoil but with God all things are possible. I love my brother and can’t wait till he get home. We can’t allow the devil to steal our joy. We are bigger than this!”
