Issa Rae Jokes About Potentially Having Sex With Mannequins On HBO Show Insecure

Covid 19 has forced a shutdown across Hollywood since March of this year. Production has halted for a lot of tv shows and movies. With that, it has caused a lot of people to be creative and think outside of the box. A prime example of that is when a clip from the hit soap opera, The Bold and The Beautiful went viral this week and even caught the attention of Actor/Producer Issa Rae(35).

In the video clip, a fan is watching a recent episode of The Bold and The Beautiful and is seen laughing hysterically. The clip shows two actors in a scene but when it was time to kiss, a mannequin was used instead. The fan captioned the video,

“The Bold and The Beautiful got their cast making out with mannequins during Covid”

The video was so funny even Issa Rae had to comment.

Actress Kiara Barnes, from The Bold and The Beautiful spoke out on the now viral clip. She jokingly replied back to Issa Rae’s tweet,

Issa Rae’s hit show Insecure just ended their 4th season in June and fans have already been asking when will filming begin for season 5. With Covid 19, production has been delayed, however, it looks like Issa Rae is considering this new mannequin method for the upcoming season.
