Megan Thee Stallion Shuts Down Rumors She Was Abusive To Her Ex-Boyfriend: Stop Lying On Me!

Megan Thee Stallion is speaking out against claims that she physically abused her ex-boyfriend.

The internet was recently flooded with news that one of Megan Thee Stallion‘s exes, who goes by the name Karim York, accused her of being abusive in their relationship.

In a statement obtained by Mob Radio, Karim York wrote:

“Lets get this understood rn before I say what I need, KARIM YORK doesn’t support abusing women nor abusive relationships. It’s f***ed up that I felt like I couldn’t come out and defend myself solely off of public perception. Thankful that Joe Budden brought this to light. I chose to be quiet throughout this time when someone was putting out a certain narrative about me, and today is the last day for that.”

He continued and said he was beaten up, had a gun pointed at him, and added that the person who did it was on drugs on the time.

“I’m not doing any name calling but why support lies? The night all this happened, this person was on drugs, xans to be exact. I GOT MY A** BEAT that night but I’m being pictured as the abuser on the internet.  I don’t know how many times that woman put her hands on me with multiple witnesses there to see but not one time did I hit her.

“I’ve had a gun pointed at me with the intentions of being shot and because of what, a window? A lot of events transpired but I didn’t say sh*t to nobody, not even to my family when they’re asking what happened to my face/neck.  It’s weak that women try to demonize Black men not we not already going through enough in America. “

He went on to say:

I do realize toxic relationships aren’t good for anyone and if you stay in one it can be detrimental to your physical and mental health. Furthermore, for anybody who has my name in they mouth speaking on my situation that you only heard one side of, please feel free to contact me via DM or text me since mfs wanna be passive aggressive towards me.  Karim York isn’t taking accountability  for something Karim York didn’t do.”

He ended the statement by mentioning Megan Thee Stallion saying that they are still on good terms,

“P.S. Megan and I are still on great terms.”

Still, some fans assumed Megan Thee Stallion was the unnamed woman who was abusive.  She took to Instagram Live and shared what sounded like a phone conversation between her and her ex. She’s heard saying,

“So, Karim, somebody just sent me a screenshot saying that you said that I was on xans the day that I went to jail, that I beat your a** and I’m always beating your a**.”

He can then be heard saying,

“I ain’t talking about you.”

Megan Thee Stallion tells her fans on Instagram Live:

“He’s not talking about me. He is in an argument with some other b****. Period, point blank. Stop lying on me. That n***a not talking about me. Stop putting n***as on me. Stop making stories up, f*** y’all. Cause I’m a hit you with the facts every time you tell a lie. “

Meanwhile, Megan Thee Stallion is recovering after being shot in both feet. After weeks of speculation, she named Tory Lanez as her alleged shooter, stating that he allegedly got physical after a dispute inside of a car.

In the latest information, he allegedly texted her after the shooting and apologized, stating he was really drunk.
