EXCLUSIVE: Tamar Braxton’s Ex Vincent Herbert Was Supposed To Be On Her Reality Show But Boyfriend David “Shut It Down” Says Source
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports new details surrounding some of the behind-the-scenes drama on Tamar Braxton’s reality show “Get Ya Life”.
In July (2020), theJasmineBRAND exclusively reported that sources claimed that Tamar Braxton’s fiance David Adefeso wanted the show axed because of how he was portrayed [click here for the backstory] and that he was allegedly “controlling”.
Fast forward to the present day and a source also says that initially Tamar’s ex husband, Vincent Herbert, was allegedly supposed to appear on the show.
“Vince has been so instrumental in Tamar’s life, she wanted him on the show because he is still very much a part of her and their son Logan’s life. Their relationship was over, but she was trying to show how they co-parent, how she’s grown and wanted him on for support. Tamar and Vince are in a really good place. She wanted people to see that.”
However, we’re told that David allegedly didn’t want Vincent on the show at all.
“David shut it down. He didn’t want Vincent on the show at all. It’s almost like he was jealous and wanted to give the false impression that Vince was not around. He wanted it to look like he, Tamar and Logan were a happy family without Vince. Not true at all and it actually plays out on camera.”
The source claims,
“Anyone close to Tamar, David tries to push out – he’s gotten rid of a lot of people from her inner circle. It’s sad.”
The source tells us that David was allegedly trying to have the show axed.
“He has been behind-the-scenes trying to pressure them to stop airing the show because of how he’s portrayed.”
To date, the show continues to air.
