Sade’s Transgender Son Izaak Theo Shares Photos Of Reconstructive Scars
Iconic singer Sade’s son Izaak Theo recently shared a vulnerable moment on Instagram when he posted photos of his reconstructive surgery. It’s no secret that the 23-year-old who was born as Sade’s daughter, Mickailia, made a full medical transition to a man. But now he has let his followers in on a couple of photos that he shared with pride.


He wrote,
My scars are here
They set me free
To be who I was born to be
At times it was hard to find the light
Didn’t know if I’d make it to the other side
But here I am.
I wear my scars with prideThank you friend for capturing these @stellamalfilatre“


This comes after several stories and accompanying photos sharing the journey of his transition. Izaak Theo also started a YouTube channel, uploading videos to give his followers a closer look into his life post-surgery.

Izaak previously opened up in Oct. 2019 about his testosterone therapy journey on social media. He wrote,
“@izaaktheo Few weeks back, THREE YEARS ON T. Can’t believe it. What have I learnt? Other than a million things, Truly anything is possible. You can achieve pretty much anything set your mind to. Loving yourself is freedom and the universe has your backk if you put your trust in her. Big up for all the support yall. Much love always”
