RHOA’s Peter Thomas Reveals His Father Passed Away [CONDOLENCES]
Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Peter Thomas is currently mourning the loss of his father. In a post on Instagram he says that he has experienced “the saddest day” of his life.
“This have to be the saddest day of my life, I don’t know where to begin, I don’t know what to do, I am completely dead inside, my daddy is no longer on this side. God please give me strength, my heart is broken.”

His father’s cause of death was not made public.
This news comes just a few months after the restaurant owner announced that he had been infected with the coronavirus. Peter Thomas took to social media from his bed to share how he’s coping with the virus:
“I’ve been in bed now for the last eight days…Everybody told me take the COVID test five times, and I was negative five times. On the sixth time, I was positive.”
Peter Thomas, who was married to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey from 2010-2017 added that he thinks he contracted COVID-19 by taking pictures with fans:
“People come up to me and ask me to take pictures all the time, and they want me to have the mask off and they wanna hug on me – ’cause they say they like me. I take those pictures, and every time I take those pictures I’m praying to God that I’m not gonna get this thing. But it caught up to me.”
He also called his symptoms, “excruciating:”
“It’s the most excruciating pain I can think of…my stomach been a complete wreck it feels like the last eight days…constant cramping. The pain is crazy. Chills all day, all night. Waking up in cold sweat. Constantly have to keep my body hydrated. No appetite, diarrhea, throwing up – eight days in a row. I’ve gotta be in bed another seven days to take the test again, and I have to be negative twice before I can even think about going back outside.”
Sending love and our condolences to Peter Thomas and his family.
