Rapper Boosie, who is currently recovering from being shot in the leg in Dallas, is thanking his celebrity friends who looked out for him before and after he went to jail. He praised comedian Katt Williams, who he says gave him $10,000 in cash after he was released.
“Gave me $10,000 dollars bro, you ain’t even no rapper. All them rappers that was screaming my name, ain’t give me sh*t. All them screaming ‘Free Boosie’, didn’t give me sh*t. Sh*t that n*gga Katt Williams gave me $10,000 dollars cash. All hundreds. I’ll never forget, I thank you for that bro, and I really appreciate it bro.

He also says that rappers Yo Gotti and Plies each gave his mother $5,000 before his trial.

He reiterates that Katt Williams was the only celebrity to give him anything after he was released.
