Chad Ochocinco Johnson And Girlfriend Sharelle Rosado Are Engaged!

Congratulations are in order for Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson! It looks like the 43-year-old former NFL star proposed to his girlfriend Sharelle Rosado. On Saturday (Jan.30), Rosado took to her Instagram story to share the good news.

She was seen sporting a beautiful ring and wrote,

“I said YESSSS”

Shortly after, Chad Johnson took to his Instagram and shared a photo of him and Sharelle. He wrote,

“A man that fineth a woman that likes McDonald’s has foundeth a wife” @sharellerosado_”

The pair have only been dating for a few months, but it appears Sharelle Rosado made a lasting impression. In a recent episode of his podcast, “I am Athlete“, Chad Johnson opened up about his relationship with Rosado, noting that she is different from the women he has previously dated.

“I don’t even fall in temptation. When you’re truly happy with her, there’s no need…This is how you know she’s the one. I’m a gamer and the importance of gaming is something I put first in life, before any woman, sometimes even before my kids because it’s a way of revenue and it’s a way I pay my bills. If this certain individual calls my phone in the middle of gaming and I’m willing to press pause, that’s how you know she’s the one.”

This will be Chad Johnson’s second marriage. The former NFL star was previously with Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada. The two were married for only 41 days in 2012. She filed for divorce after he allegedly head butted her during a dispute as she confronted him about cheating. Evelyn Lozada received stitches in her forehead and the former wide receiver was arrested on misdemeanor domestic battery charges as a result of head butting her. Chad’s contract with the Miami Dolphins was terminated just 24 hours after the incident made headlines.
