Rihanna Called Out For Cultural Appropriation After Wearing A Religious Pendant In Topless Picture
Rihanna is being accused of cultural apprporpiation once again.
The singer and entrepreneur was slammed on social media after she shared a topless photo of her rocking a necklace that featured Hindu god Ganesha earlier this week.
She added the caption,
“when @popcaanmusic said “me nuh wan ya wear no lingerie tonight fa me girl”
@savagexfenty“

Members of the Hindu community blasted her on Twitter.



In July 2019, Rihanna was accused of cultural appropriation after a Geisha-inspired photo shoot.

Fans alleged she ripped off traditional Chinese culture for attention and praise instead of genuine tribute and interest.
