CNN evening anchor Chris Cuomo is known for having passionate one-liners that go viral. But one of his latest moments riled up the internet as he received major backlash.
Chris Cuomo and his fellow CNN personality Don Lemon were singing the theme song to the classic sitcom Good Times. Don Lemon was impressed that Chris Cuomo knew all the words and asked him how he didn’t miss a beat. Chris Cuomo said,
“You know I’m black on the inside.”
Don Lemon didn’t directly address the comment but instead continued singing the song.
